Brachioradial

The large muscle on the outer-upper forearm; dominant in hammer curls and reverse curls.

Fonction

Elbow flexion (especially in a neutral/hammer grip); brings the forearm to a neutral position.

Origine

Lateral supracondylar ridge of the humerus.

Insertion

Distal end of the radius (near the styloid process).
